ACELG and ACIL are looking for a versatile and enthusiastic individual who combines a knack for internal and external communication with a structured working style and eye for detail. You are self-guided and show initiative when you spot opportunities for doing so. You enjoy working in an international environment, have affinity for academic research and are comfortable with being the central go-to person of two research centres.

Both the Amsterdam Centre for European Law and Governance (ACELG) and the Amsterdam Center for International Law (ACIL) have a strong track-record of excellent research and sustain a dynamic research culture through a series of events and intiatives. Both centres unite a diverse group of (international) researchers who are encouraged to pursue excellence, seek recognition in the scholarly discourse, both internationally and nationally, attract external research funding, and publish in the leading peer reviewed journals.
ACELG and ACIL are research priority areas within the Amsterdam Law School and cooperate within programmes such as SGEL or each with outside institutions.
ACELG and ACIL are part of the Department of Public International and European Law.
