Initiated and co-authored by Pieter Jan Kuijper, Professor of the Law of International (Economic) Organizations and member of ACELG and ACIL, this newly published volume brings together in a unique fashion 'Cases, Materials and Commentary on the EU as an International Legal Actor'.

The wealth of primary documents relating to the complex matter of EU foreign relations is accompanied by analytical  commentary, provided by Pieter Jan Kuijper and his co-authors Frank Hoffmeister (Free University Brussels) and Jan Wouters, Geert De Baere and Thomas Ramopoulous (all University of Leuven). The volume has been put together in an effort spanning several years and aims at academics as well as practitioners who will find it to be a one-stop reference for legislative texts on the EU’s increasing external powers.
