Tiziana joined the Amsterdam Centre for European Law and Governance in September as a Marie Curie Postdoctoral Fellow. She is developing a research project titled “The European Union in the Arctic” (EURARCTIKA), which investigates the legal and geopolitical engagement of the EU to the protection of the Arctic environment. Her project combines EU law, international public law and international relations.
Tiziana holds a Ph.D. in International Relations from the University of Stockholm, a Master’s Degree in Eastern European Research and Studies and a degree in International Sciences and Diplomacy from the University of Bologna with a specialisation in European Studies.
She has worked as a EU Project Consultant in consulting firms in Italy and as a Fellow at the NATO Energy Security Centre of Excellence in Vilnius. Prior to this, she was a trainee at DG External Relations (now EEAS) of the European Commission in Brussels and at the Council of the Baltic Sea States in Stockholm.
