Professor and senior antitrust lawyer Larry Sorkin will talk about practical issues and solutions found in the US in the area of economic law and policy, in particular that of antitrust.
Larry Sorkin is Senior Counsel at the US law firm Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP and Adjunct Professor of Law at Fordham University. As a leading antitrust lawyer with over 35 years of experience in both counseling and litigation, he has represented clients in numerous criminal antitrust investigations, as well as in related follow-on private damage actions. Larry Sorkin is the co-author of Understanding the Antitrust Laws and a contributing author to The International Handbook on Private Enforcement of Competition Law.
