EU - Turkey Relations: Free Movement of Persons

This conference will focus on the recent ECJ case law dealing with Turkish nationals and the right of free movement in the European Union. During the conference an overview will be given on the implications for the Ankara Association Regime and from Turkish, German and Dutch perspectives.

Dr. Rolf Gutmann, Advocate in de Soysal Case, Germany
Dr. Klaus Dienelt, Administrative Court Darmstadt, Germany
Dr. Aleidus Woltjer, University of Utrecht, Netherlands

The conference will be chaired by Professor Halûk Kabaalioğlu, Dean of the Faculty of Law of the Yeditepe University.

The conference is organized within the framework of the existing cooperation between the University of Amsterdam and the T.C. Yeditepe University, Istanbul.
